A Test Of The Future Posting System. This Is Only A Test.

Well, this post was originally just a test of the future posting feature of Movabletype. However, before I could delete it I recieved a couple comments. So now this simple test has turned into a post... Congratulations, you get high quality posts here at Avoiding Evil, let me tell ya.

I am spending some time working on getting blog explosion points tonight. It's amazing how much traffic it actually generates to my site. The only problem is I think most of the traffic is people who are just clicking through and not actually reading the websites. Of course, if I get a couple readers who actually come back out of a hundred clicks then it may just be worth it. If you own a blog and have not tried blog explosion yet then you should. It works and it's a lot of work all at the same time. It is a bandwagon worth jumping on.

I was testing the new future posting feature on Movable Type. Posted this about 40 minutes ago, and I set the time for later and I am happy to say it worked! I can now write posts and have them post in the future, which is handy when I am going to be gone for several days. My initial plan was not to leave this post up, but now that I have comments it looks like it will be staying. Doug, that cracked me up...

Future posting rocks, doesn't it? Before I had that availability I would have to log in to release a post at the time I wanted it. I was doing that Bible reading program, and being the anal guy I can be, was staying up untill midnight to release each post.

Heck, I already have tomorrow ready to go!
