Wish I Could Sleep As Much As He Does!
August 2, 2007 @ 5:18 pm by Pressed
Baby Josiah pretty much sleeps all day long. He wakes up about every two hours to have something to eat, and then he sleeps for another two hours. Maybe once a day he will open his eyes to look around (he is already learning how to hold his head up and turn it). This lasts for a good 10 minutes before he falls asleep again.
I, on the other hand, am running on very limited sleep. In fact, within the last 35 hours I have only had 30 minutes worth of sleep. Kendall too. It’s been a hard week and last night was a particularly hard night. I’ll talk about why that is in my next ‘password protected’ post.
We are being released tomorrow and I just hope that I would be able to get some amount of sleep. At least enough sleep for my body to function tomorrow when we bring the baby home. We’ve got a lot of packing to do, which means when we get home we will have a lot of unpacking to do. Kendall can’t do anything and I don’t think Josiah is up for the task of helping out either.
I’m not sure what will happen if tonight is as bad as last night. I’m not sure that my body will even function anymore…

We’ll keep you three in our prayers. Hopefully you’ll get on a regular sleep cycle soon. Wish we were there to help out! Cole’s sister is going to be induced on Wednesday so we’ll get a taste of your week I’m sure!
I will continue to keep the three of you in my prayers! I am sure the adjustment is hard, but the two of you can do it! Let us know if you need anything!
