Included with the works of the Holy Spirit there are also 36 titles found in the Bible that refer to the Spirit: He is the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding. He is the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Sprit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord, the Spirit of truth, Counselor, Spirit of wisdom and revelation, and many more.
Why should believers be so much different than non-believers? Because we are the temples of the Holy Spirit who works within us! All of these attributes of the Spirit apply to our lives including truth. The Holy Spirit is the source of truth for all believers. John 16:13 “When He, the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth.” It is the Spirit that guides us in our understanding of the truth of God and it is quite clear that those without the Spirit cannot understand the things of God, because these things are “foolishness to them.”
Galatians 5:22-23 - “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” The Spirit is developing each of these fruits within the lives of every believer. Should Christians be set a part? Should they be different than everyone else in the world? ABSOLUTLY! We are the Temples of the living Spirit of God who dwells within us and who is carefully working to make us more and more like Jesus. Great post. Good reminder that the fruit is singular — its all or nothin! The Spirit’s gifting is a bulk order, not a cafeteria selection. We tend not to perceive it that way because the Spirit manifests the gifts as we need them and can use them for His glory.

The revelation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most precious thing in my life. To know that God loves us enough to make the ultimate sacrifice of his own flesh through Jesus. I happy to know that god cares for us and knows the heart of each man and the forgiveness of sins and we must also forgive all things so that we can grow spiritually. I had the most oppressing headaches and God delivered me from them. Praise the Living God alminghty powerful who abhors evil I am happy that I am sancitified by the blood of Jesus. I give honor to God and the love of Christ Jesus
