Avoiding Evil

“Examine everything carefully…abstain from every form of evil.”

I am leaving to go on vacation tonight and I will not be back until next Thursday or Friday. I have asked Mr. Wright to look after the ole blog for me while I am out running around in Atlanga, GA. This is the last big trip that I am taking for the summer so after this one I should finally be home for an extended period of time. That will give me more time to post, since I have had a difficult time of it this summer.

On another note, after 4 and a half weeks the insurance company has finally approved the work on my car. I was informed today that it will be another 3 and a half weeks before it is finished and ready for me to come get. *sigh* That is a total of 8 weeks that I have been without a vehicle because the horrible antics of the insurance company. Think twice before getting insurance from Farmers Insurance Group!

  1. Timothy R. Butler Said,

Farmers can be a very painful company to deal with! I’ve had family on both sides (making a claim — a fire claim as the policy holder, and making a claim from an accident against a driver who had farmers) — they’ve always been trouble to deal with.

Encompass Insurance seems to be better, although they are ALL a pain.

  2. Bryan Said,

you’re gonna be in my part of the world! come by the NAMB office and I’ll take you to lunch (If I’m not on vacation myself).

  3. Christopher Said,

Bryan, I should call Craig and tell him!
